T seriesThe probes provide optimal unidirectional repeatability, which means they are highly suitable for carving surfaces or low complexity surfaces. They also provide excellent spatial isotropy, which, combined with high repeatability, means they are ideal for accurate 3D measurements on typically very complex surfaces such as milling molds, casings, and turbines.
The mechanical structure of the measuring head also ensures the best resistance to machining vibrations and machine axis acceleration. Even in machining environments with high-pressure coolant and large amounts of debris production, these probes are reliable and durable. In fact, the functional features of the T series are reflected in having a series of models, which depend on the measurement force or protective structure type, and may be standard models or steel models (S version) used in lathe applications.
The TT series probes provide excellent unidirectional repeatability, making them an ideal choice for measuring on prismatic surfaces or low complexity surfaces. The mechanical structure of the measuring head can also provide excellent resistance to machining vibrations and machine axis acceleration. In fact, they are usually used in mechanical manufacturing processes for machining centers, lathes, and turning centers. This product series includes highly contact probes that use complex eliminators and/or heavy-duty configuration settings, especially in machine tool situations affected by high vibration.
All probes can be hard wired to the machine tool CNC through the E32U interface. If it is a part probe application on a machining center or milling machine with an automatic tool change (ATC) system, or a machine tool processing application where the probe is installed in a turret tool holder, the infrared (VOS optical spindle probe) and wireless (WRS wireless spindle probe) transmission system represents an ideal solution.
